Robert Gilbert was very helpful with my questions as I was a little bit unsure as hadn’t heard of this holiday company.We booked a weekend for my birthday & everything went to plan & had a fantastic time away. Hanna had beat the price by £400 so I’m a bit gutted to say the least. Will defo try again in the future. If only my mam had seen my messages before she booked up.

We stayed at the 4seasons apartments in Krakow they were clean and compact in a great location.I would definitely recommend using My holiday guide to book your break

We booked a family holiday to Disneyland, Paris (stayed at the explorers hotel) Including flights, transfers and park tickets all via a Facebook rep at my holiday guide. We had a rep called Jamie, who was always happy to help throughout the whole process. I booked paying a deposit, then monthly instalments. I became worried as read lots of horror stories about scams etc. However Jamie was always at hand to reassure. Jamie stayed in contact each month to let me know the next payment was due. The invoice came each month via email which connected you to a secure payment link. The travel documents were provided as promised within 48 hrs of final payment. We did have a concern that there was no ATOL protection and the ABTA certificate appeared to be in a different name, however by this point we had already paid quite a lot of the balance and so we decided to continue- and we do not regret this decision. The flights were booked from Southend airport, very small airport but perfect. No queues, able to buy duty free and food on way out. The return journey was also perfect- through security and baggage reclaim in 10 mins. On arrival to Paris, our transfers were waiting for us in arrival hall. A private transfer, with a child seat was provided by our Rep, Jamie. The hotel (the explorers) was amazing, easy check in, all staff spoke English. The room was pirate themed, beds were very comfortable. The room was spotless. It came with kettle, hair dryer and fridge. The daily maid service was fabulous. The facilities were great for small children with a swimming pool that was open from 8am until 23:00. They provided free to use swimming aids. There was NO life guard, so you were expected to supervise your own children. There was soft play, an indoor pirate ship play area and a great outside play area. Whilst this hotel was not classed as one of the “Disney hotels”- you would not know it. It was only 10 min bus ride from park. I have previously stayed on site and only real difference was it did not have Disney music playing and no Disney gift shop. The buffet style breakfast was great- continental style, however you could upgrade to a full English breakfast for 4 euro. You could also have omelette for small extra charge. The free shuttle bus was very frequent, all times of day. But does get very busy at peak times, ie early morning and after lights show at end of day. Please be prepared to take kids out of prams otherwise you may have quite some wait. You may struggle with wheelchair for same reason. Top tip- we walked 25 miles in 3 days with a 5 year old. We brought a cheap second hand buggy and took with us- as we struggled as adults with walking. The price to hire a buggy from the parks was over 100 euro for the duration of holiday. So we saved ourselves so much money. We purchased 2 days park tickets from our rep, Jamie. We did have to pay a small extra charge to change the days of the park tickets. As we wanted a day in the middle to go sight seeing in Paris. Tickets allowed to exit and re- enter park on same day. We took the free shuttle bus to park on our park free day to get to train station, just outside Disney, to travel to Paris. It cost only 4 euro per adult and 2.50 euro for child ticket. The metro took us straight to an amazing view of Eiffel tower. We done a dusk bus tour- would recommend the views by night were beautiful. On the hour every hour the tower sparkles for 5 mins. Stunning. To anyone that may be considering booking or has already booked and is worried about using a Facebook agent via the holiday guide, as I was. Please know we had a seamless experience from the time of booking to getting home. I would def use the holiday guide again in the future. Thank you Jamie for providing the Most magical experience to Disney for 5 adults and our little princess (Aged 5). And at a fraction of the price we were quoted via Disney itself.
