May 30,2023Experience with this company is great, mark helped me plan a trip to florida and was amazing from start to finish very Knowledgeable regarding local hotels and position from the parks etc. Gave a very competitive price for flights hotel and park tickets have already used several times but will definitely continue to book through them.

May 29,2023I'd like to make a special mention to a Consultant called Jamie... he has assisted me on my recent inquires ( dates and prices) regards a Romanian Trip. He was very helpful, relied in a timely manner and has been very patient . Unfortunately now my situation has changed due to an ill parent and I can not commit to a purchase. BUT I will return to book via jamie/ the Holiday Guide when I'm free to travel in the future. I recommend the customer service.

He went above and beyond with even providing me with visa entry requirements for the country I was visiting. This is my 2nd booking and I highly reccomend them. May 09,2023I was looking at a holiday to Budapest, Vienna and Prague. Ross put together the itinerary for me and I was impressed and very interested but ultimately we weren't able to take it up. I will hopefully revisit this itinerary with Ross next year though. I found him to be hvery helpful and very efficient....could not fault the service.
