Nevada Music is an award winning music store, located in Portsmouth, UK. We stock a huge range of guitars, keyboards, drums, amplifiers, studio, PA and DJ equipment. Our store is just a couple of minutes from the M27 and we have plenty of free parking outside. With over 45 years in the business, we've got bigger by being better. Jan 24,2012I've bought 2 guitars and an amp during the last 12 months and service is superb I have twice phoned up with a question and have had the phone answered quickly by someone who knows what they are talking about. Delivery is great. Cannot redeem loyalty points at the moment (Jan 2012) but I was promised this will be sorted soon.

Jan 17,2012I recently visited Nevada Music with my 15 yr old daughter who wanted to take up guitar. Confused by the huge guitar selections, the staff at Nevada listened patiently to her budget, needs, and wants, quickly narrowing down the selection to a few. We spent quite a while trying for size, playing and debating, all the while we were treated with patience and understanding. After we had selected a guitar, books were suggested and they even supplied us with numbers of guitar tutors. It’s not often I experience excellent customer service, it felt good – thanks for making the whole trip stress free.

I liked the fact that delivery was free irrespective of the price of the goods. I received the item within 24 hours of ordering. I am very pleased with the purchase and service and will definitely recommend/ use Nevada again!

Jan 14,2012Having trawled the internet looking for a left handed child's guitar one day prior to our son's birthday, we were really pleased to find this company which had the one we wanted in stock, and could deliver next day for a minimal charge. Excellent - we were emailed at each stage and could track delivery all the way along. As ordered, the guitar turned up the next day well packed and as described. Excellent service and company who deserve to do well. Once Paypal is added, it'll be up there with the likes of Amazon!

Jan 14,2012Just bought a Tascam DR-05 portable recorder, my first order from Nevada......this piece of kit is proving to be exactly what I was after, following quite a search for something with this level of spec. Very efficient service (ordered Sunday night, item delivered by Tuesday and it was for free). Nevada sold this at the best price I could find in the UK or Europe. Very good communications throughout the order process. The only minor thing I think could be improved was the choice of courier (Parcelforce) as it's a bit of pain for them to deliver to my house ....a problem I don't have with UPS etc.

Jan 13,2012Just recieved my brand new Fender Strat from Nevada and wanted to say thanks for such great service. I've had previous bad experiences with other online sellers and it's a nice change to deal with a company who genuinely seems to value their customers. I inititially had ordered the guitar with another well known internet retailer, but got so fed up with waiting for them to supply me the guitar that I cancelled my order and eventually ended up placing my order with Nevada. After speaking to the friendly salesperson to ensure the item was in stock (thankyou again Larry!) I placed my order and was over the moon when it arrived the very next day even though I had only selected their free delivery option. The guitar was very well packaged and when I took it out of the case I could see it had been set up by Nevada's guitar tech as promised. I'm so pleased with my new guitar and the service I got from everyone at Nevada, I'll definitely be back next time. Thanks guys!

Sep 20,2011Just got myself a Epiphone Les Paul from Nevada Music. Obviously its a great guitar for the money. Well chuffed with it. What can I say about Nevada? Absolutely fantastic service. There was a cock up with my debit card as my account had been compromised and the bank had put a stop on my card. Nevada very kindly reserved the guitar for me until my new card was despatched and operational. Sadly I didn't get the guys names who I spoke to while sorting this, but both seemed really friendly and passionate about their jobs. So great service - Free delivery and they also offer a very speedy next day service for a very reasonable small charge. I will be buying more from Nevada Music in the very near future.

Sep 20,2011Recently got my new beautiful Music Man Sterling bass from these guys - despite having one in stock, they were happy to take my custom order to my spec, took care of ordering & dealing with Ernie Ball USA while it was built, and kept me informed throughout - not only that but they smashed everyone else on price! On the times I've called these guys, I've spoken to someone who is actually out there gigging, using the gear & knows what they're talking about (instead of some no-playing sales douchebag), and the service has been awesome. Add in that the website is mega easy to browse & the delivery is free, and you have a very dangerous combination after a few beers!!! Long live rad indie music stores & especially Nevada Music - cheers guys!
