Aug 12,2023This is a very long and tedious process and has proved very difficult the 24/7 help is useless. It will only receive a bank card for payment, not a bank transfer so I had to reorder a new bank card. Now I can't get logged in = it says wrong password but when I request a password reset it does not send it. I keep getting stuck with this process, very unhelpful.

Jul 19,2023Absolute joke home owner no missed payments 20 years credit never been declined retailer offered option of interest free for 12 months rather than paying 3k declined no reason given there was another person who come in about their declined application don't waste your time applying reading other reviews lots like I has a lucky escape
