Apr 16,2018Service was brilliant from enquiry stage to collection. Had a few delays / hiccups in the beginning but Bob @ Otto Van was reassuringly knowledgeable on what would help get a quick, positive response. Few things to note; - Website not regularly updated with the list of vehicles readily available. I found out about nearly new used cars and vans available by chance via a phone enquiry. - Rate / APR isn't low but is beneficial for poor credit history individuals or new businesses. Since the vehicle is not yours for a few years, it wont be on a company balance sheet either, saving you tax. - Renting and Insurance is always in own name rather than limited company. This might make it harder to get more than one vehicle for business, especially getting others to drive. Overall, I recommend Otto Car / Otto Van's honest and professional service. We are very satisfied and our start up is growing exponentially.
