Feb 05,2025My order was sent to another one of your customers in error! After numerous of ignored emails explaining this I called and was told they couldnt do anything till it was delivered! I called again when it was delivered and explained I needed the kit for that saturday! You were not willing to send me another kit and I had to wait. When it finally got delivered on Monday I asked if we could have some free balls to make up for the error! I was told I could have one ball on my next order! I thought this was poor considering I didnt get the kit on time and it caused me a lot of inconvenience in phones calls etc!

Delivery was swift for the basic option -communication was excellent as always throughout the process to receiving the order. If I'm honest the new ones seemed a thinner material to those same ones we purchased a few years ago -sign of the times I suppose. They weren't expensive.

From start to finish was super quick and very effective from designing kit to finalising to delivery time. The whole process was a week, now compared to my first kit which took well over 3 months. Along with the footy kits I bought jackets again high quality look amazing. I will only be using pendle for any further kit purchases. And speak with club chairmen so will he. A*

I emailed the company to ask about returns and they were very quick and helpful with their response. The return was simple to arrange and the replacement items were sent out quickly. Clothes are very good quality and my sporty children love them. I will definitely be ordering more from Pendle.
