Agreed on colour, but Pendle didn't get back to me that chosen colour will only be available in 6 weeks, way into January which defeats the purpose of ordering a winter jacket. I was only told about this issue when I started chasing why delivery is taking long. Was very disappointed with service.

We have had a couple of very minor issues with a zip breaking on a garment which was resolved quickly and efficiently by the team. The Pendle team are always helpful and no questions are ever too much trouble
