Dec 05,2024Pole arrived with poor delivery service and bent. Driver was rude. Accepted as I needed to get on with he project and have bent back into shape. Looks terrible but should be structural which for a curtain to help retain heat over the winter will do but very disappointed.

Dec 05,2024The pole looks great! Delivery quick. Only thing is I thought the end caps would be more solid. They have a plastic feel to them which is disappointing as it was expensive.

Dec 05,2024Seem to have decent products (waiting on handyman fitting curtain rails) terrible customer service, had no clue about my issues and didnt seem to care. Tracking link was broken but offered no help. I was lucky I was on annual leave and in my apartment. the curtain rails turned up on monday with no warning. Really need to do better!
