Oct 18,2024We ordered a pole for one of our new Dining Room windows but forgot that we should have ordered two of the same size for both windows, On realising our mistake 2 days later we ordered the second pole. The first pole arrived within a couple of days with good email contacted throughout. For the second pole we received an email acknowledging the order and providing an invoice. There was no further contact, no mention of dispatch, or mention of any problems. Finally we checked our order on their website only to find that the pole was 'On Hold' as it was no longer available. Great! so now we have one pole for our new Dining room with the second no longer being available and no contact from Poles Direct!

Oct 17,2024The curtain pole arrived very quickly, the colour was good but the pole where it joins doesn’t line up very well, it is hidden behind the bracket but the pole feels very flimsy. Haven’t hung the curtains on it yet, hoping it’ll be strong enough.
