Oct 10,2024Poles look great. However on the two longer ones that are in two pieces and need a joining piece attention to detail was missing. The two pieces do not but up to each other and although the bracket does cover most the gap it can be seen. My windows are particularly low so this won’t happen unless your windows are the same (low).

Oct 11,2024We found the instructions very complicated and print very small. Simpler instructions would be helpful. In the end we had to call for help from our son, who obviously is much younger. Even he didnt find it easy and took a while to get to grips with fitting. Its OK now thank you.
