I moved into my new house, and I found out that the previous owners had installed a Pozzani RIX250 system in the kitchen. I never had prior experiences with on tap water filters, so I decided to keep it installed in order to try it. I had to buy a new cartridge, and was extremely satisfied by the website and by the support: not only Pozzani ensured that I received the right product for the type of water in my area, but the cartridge arrived without a hitch two days after I ordered them, as promised. The water now tastes great, it's always available, and the whole system came at a fraction of the cost of using water jugs. I could not be more satisfied with the overall experience, and I'm looking forward to remain a customer for years to come.

I trust Pozzani implicitly, I have been getting my 4 water filters a year for the past 16 years payed by direct debit its so easy, they have never let me down, they are a brilliant company I recomend everyone who uses spa filters to get them from Pozzani. 10 out of 10.

Have just ordered a new water filter after being reminded by email from Pozzani that is was due to be replaced although I knew it needed replacing nothing could have been quicker and easier for me to do so just a couple of clicks- fantastic and saves you the trouble of looking up the correct filter for your fridge/freezer its all done for you :-)
