Aug 31,2023Have been feeding my dog with ProDog raw for a couple of months now, after a friend recommended it. My dog absolutely loves it which is the main thing. I love it because there is such a variety of flavours/meat, and it contains a good amount of vegetables compared to other raw brands I've previously used. It also contains fish oil which I used to have to buy separately, so another plus there. Delivery is easy to organise and the customer service is excellent. Had a minor problem regarding delivery which was sorted immediately and with no fuss. If you're thinking about feeding your dog raw food you should absolutely try ProDog, I'd definitely recommend them.

Aug 31,2023Absolutely professional, have handled my queries with expertise, even though both times was my fault, have helped me and did not make me feel silly, even though I felt it! my dogs love this food, its easy to freeze and great to mix with with rice or vegetables, not a lot of bones either, as with other food brands all I could hear was crunching.... Aug 31,2023I have been feeding one of my dogs ProDog Raw since the start of the year and he loves it. He is happy and healthy and the customer service team always reply back to me within a matter of hours. I also think it is reasonable priced compared to other raw food companies.

Aug 31,2023My experience with Pro dog has been excellent ,you get good customer service if you have any problems which you shouldn't have. The food for him has worked wonders for his coat and he's a lot fuller when he's eaten ,his stools are solid no mess . I would recommend this company to any dog owners just wish I could win on the golden ticket..

Aug 31,2023Great customer service leading up to the bank holiday. I appreciated Pro-Dog checking when we would be available for delivery as my original delivery date fell on the back holiday. It meant we could make sure we were in and the frozen food wouldn’t be left unattended

Aug 25,2023Tried prodog raw quite alot over the 2years iv had my dog she loved the puppy food then the other ranges but got pricey so switched to other raw brands with no issues but thought I would try the economy bundle and tbh the quality is nothing like it used to be and higher bone than stated, had nothing but crumbling poos so had to go out and buy boneless to mix in so have cancelled the subscription and back to local suppliers for the money the quality isn't great when other raws don't cause this problem for half the price might be something to look into tryed posting this on their Facebook page but they deleted it

Aug 23,2023Poor communication from their “customer service” I’ve waited almost a week for a reply to my query, even after sending multiple emails. Incorrect website protocols.. (I live with another ProDog user and because I live at the same address I cannot order the sample pack to try with my dog, even though i have a different name and completely different payment details!) It’s just absurd!

Aug 21,2023This food really suits our fussy dog and is more affordable than other brands. The customer services team are excellent - they always reply really quickly to queries or requests, and whenever there's been a problem e.g. with delivery, they've sorted it out without any issues.

Aug 16,2023On Saturday I needed to contact customer services about an order I had placed, as I wasn't sure it had gone through properly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response only a couple of hours later, despite it being a weekend. Keiran was very helpful and gave me the reassurance I was seeking that my order had gone into the system and would be fulfilled. I experienced very prompt, efficient and friendly customer service and it's reassuring to know that emails are being dealt with out of hours too.

Aug 15,2023I can't get over the customer service from this company, it really was amazing. I was already feeding our rottie a raw diet however she needed something leaner. I contacted ProDog Raw, with what I thought was a straightforward question and in return I received so many more questions to find out about Sadie. I really felt they were taking an interest in Sadie and not just trying to fit her in to a box. We now have a monthly subscription and Sadie loves it! I really can't fault the service. Thank you for all your hard work and help!

Aug 15,2023My pug was so fussy I tried every dog food ( it feels like nearly every dog food! ok, one or two I might of missed 😜) I came across prodog raw while searching yet again for something for him ,my pug absolutely loves this food, I still cook him some homemade food why his going though the transition he always goes for the pro dog raw food first , it’s quality raw dog food I know or my dog wouldn’t touch it 😂thanks guys keep up the good work! 👍

It was hard to find a good and affordable raw food supplier and you can earn good rewards and collect points. Delivery is quick as well. I am really happy so far and will continue ordering for my pooch 🐶💞 Thanks again ProDog Team and Alison & Sam!

Aug 09,2023My two cockerspaniels absolutely love this food. It is wolfed down in seconds (10.93 seconds to be exact 😆) and the bowls licked cleaner than any dishwasher could produce! The staff at Prodog are exceptional. If ever there is a problem they are so easy to contact by phone, and sort the issue out there and then. They are very friendly, kind and apologetic, I wish other companies had their level of consideration for the customer. All in all a fantastic product and exceptional customer service, would recommend 100%.

Aug 05,2023I have to say, we’ve had a really wonderful and positive experience with ProDog Raw… I needed to contact the team to help with a tech issue (my end) and honestly, the responsive, helpful and really great customer service experience, was a pure delight! Nothing was too much trouble and in ensuring we received the order when we needed it by backdating it. So so helpful. The order was packaged very well, including guidance for food tips for the frozen food, checking of quality etc. …and also to say that Reggie (the Frenchie) also LOVES the food, which is outstanding quality. He also adores the freebies too…the ostrich treats! Just overall a really delightful experience and top-class service - you’ve a great dedicated team, who really do want to help…thank you all, especially to the two ‘Sam’s!’ 🙏

Aug 31,2023After trying numerous dried and wet foods on our very fussy rescue dog we heard about ProDog raw complete food. We bought a couple of them from our local pet store and were delighted. She ate every morsel. We ordered more from ProDog direct. It arrived on time and still frozen solid. We couldn't fault them at all and will certainly be ordering from them in the future.
