Aug 03,2023I have been using prodog raw for over 2 years now, the food is amazing. The customer service is the best I’ve ever received, if you want to put your subscription back a week it’s never a problem. The communication regarding delivery is always spot on and the fact the tubs are recyclable and if you send the wool liners back they send your dog treats is a added bonus and environmentally friendly couldn’t ask for anymore really.

Aug 03,2023Whilst I haven’t purchased from them I did have cause to email them and ask a question. The reply was prompt and very informative as it gave me information on where I could buy the product locally instead of buying in bulk on line.

Aug 02,2023Very helpful and an all round good experience. The food is very good and our puppy loved it. It is a shame they do not stock bones as I feed my puppy bones to and it is easier to source everything from one place. That is the only negative I have. Service is excellent.

Aug 02,2023An absolute breath of fresh air. Most raw dog food providers charge significantly more than ProDogRaw. I have four big rescue dogs. They eat a lot of food (approx 28kg a week!) I had struggled to find a subscription that worked for my pack. Not only were ProDogRaw way cheaper than the rest. Their wonderful staff helped me configure the subscription I need to ensure the pack have their requirements met over a month. Honestly brilliant. Can't fault them at all

Jul 19,2023Prodog raw food is fab quality dog food which my pooches love. I've always had great service from them with quick delivery and well packaged frozen tubs of raw food. I recently had two tubs cracked at the top during transit which prodog were very quick to reply to me and resolve the issue with a refund for these damaged tubs. Very happy and will be continuing with the monthly subscription of the luxury bundle for my 3 dogs. Thank you

Jul 19,2023Fed my dog ProDog Raw since he was 8 weeks old, we did try other foods for short periods but returned to ProDog each time. I have stopped "experimenting" with other companies as these guys are brilliant. Quality, customer service and choice is fantastic. Their supplements and treats are super as well. My Irish Setter has a sensitive tummy but has never had a problem with this food. He is full of energy, coat is fantastic and his teeth lovely and clean. I genuinely believe raw is best for my dog and ProDog is my food of choice for him. Highly recommend.

He just loves this food and I wish I had known about this company sooner. He is thriving on this raw food and even his coat is in better condition. No problems when ordering raw food it arrived on time.

They are always on hand for advice and suggestions, they have helped my dog transition and helped with advice on allergy issues too! Best customer service I have experienced for a long time! My two greyhound are thriving on ProDog Raw, it suits them very well. Also the whole ProDog experience is enhanced with their choice of delivery partner DPD who are reliable.

Aug 03,2023Great fast customer service I’ve used Prodog raw now for 3 + years and my dogs love this food I had a query as my girl boxer is currently 6 weeks pregnant and I needed advice as I’ve never before raw fed a pregnant female or raised a litter onto raw although my female was weaned onto raw by her breeder and I carried on with raw feeding her and changed my other dogs onto raw food. The team at Prodograw were brilliant and replied very fast within(12hours) and gave me a lot of advice on what to add into my girls diet and recommended a couple of books to help me understand the extra nutritional needs my girl needs in the last trimester of her pregnancy
