Jun 30,2023Once you understand the difference between feeding raw and highly-processed dry food, there can be no excuse for feeding an animal kibble. ProDog Raw has a team of nutritional experts who are on hand to help with any problems with dietary, behavioral and health issues that arise while transitioning to raw food. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jun 30,2023Food is actually very good. The issue is they seem unable to operate a subscription product. Orders frequently placed on hold for no reason, delivery dates missed, limited if any customer service, it relies on the customer to find the issue. Unless its a one off purchase I would go somewhere else as its not worth the guessing as to whether your food will arrive otherwise

Jun 29,2023ProDog Raw is the only food I’ll feed my dog. They have a wide selection of food that my pup loves, he’s been eating this since 8-9 weeks and hasn’t had any issues. We have a frenchie and they are prone to issues but he has no allergies, no sensitive gut, he’s strong and stocky. The food definitely contributes a load to this. You can see and smell the veg in the food, herbs, meaty bits complete with a bit of blood. We’ve bought other food before and it’s been full of blood or bone. ProDog is the only food where it’s been consistently great quality. They have improved even more since we first started ordering from them, with a large selection of treats, very good quality bits (duck necks, sprats, chicken feet and more) that my dog absolutely loves as well as supplements and I see they have introduced bone broth now too so will be adding that to the next order. The delivery is always accurate, and so glad they use DPD who are reliable. Had a slight issue when ordering but it was resolved within about an hour with a very responsive customer service team (Taylor sorted my issue and a follow up from Sam). I’d only suggest being able to sub out some of the foods as my dog is allergic to rabbit so we end up giving a couple of trays to our local dog wardens, but other than that we can’t fault the food at all.

Jun 29,2023Made the switch to ProDog Raw from dry kibble just over 6 months ago… We have a dog who couldn’t gain and maintain weight and another one who we couldn’t seem to get weight off… We’ve followed the guidelines included with the trial pack and introduction to raw feeding and both dogs are now maintaining healthy weights, they both enjoy their food. The food comes in compact containers and is easy to store in a hygienic way. We’ve got a subscription on our bundle so we don’t even have to remember to re-order when supplies are running low. I’ve only had to contact customer support once, and that wasn’t because of an issue, it was with some questions as a new to raw feeding dog owner, and about the subscription service - answers were quick, clear and friendly, and we can’t fault the service we’ve received so far.

Jun 26,2023My puppy absolutely loves ProDog Raw, we have fed her on it since she was 10 weeks old. The difference in her poo from the kibble is amazing, it really is 'pickupable' and breaks down in days. She also loves the roast beef treats (which smell very enticing, I'm so tempted to try them!). We haven't tried the lamb ones yet but have them ready. Customer service is brilliant, everyone is really friendly and genuinely interested in dogs.

My dogs are in tip top condition, full of energy and clear the bowls every time. The staff are also very helpful and cannot do enough to help. All round great company and I would give 5*

Jun 20,2023I have been with prodog for about two years - they have always been helpful and clear about what is in their food. Their prices rose - like everything else with the cost of living and I made the fatal mistake in trying another company who was giving a half price offer. They gave me turkey when I had specifically said no chicken or turkey. They weren’t helpful when I complained saying they had put a credit on my account for the next time. I decided to return to where I knew my dogs would be well fed and where I’d know what was in it. I unfroze my subscription but forgot to say no chicken or turkey. I emailed customer services in the same day my subscription was being processed. I was assured that I was safe in the knowledge that my babies would be chicken and turkey free. I 100% recommend Prodog and their team for their high quality food and excellent customer service.

We had no expectations on starting our dog on this food as he can be picky about what he eats & when but now I wish we’d done it ages ago. And it’s not just about buying dog food. We have had help with his eating behaviour and the communication on our orders has been second to none.

I have recommended your product so many times, not for any coupon or discount, just because I believe whole heartedly in your product. Over Christmas I misjudged our order and had to get another brand- no no no! I won’t make that mistake again!! I love everything about your product (as a customer and as a dog owner). Our boy is stunning, handsome, has a beautiful coat (and even his poop doesn’t particularly smell!!😂) Well done On a 5* product and a friendly, helpful and efficient customer service team👏

Jun 13,2023My dog started eating raw food at 14 weeks old, and it is the only thing she eats -in different varieties and presentations: usually frozen raw but also freeze-dried or raw-like cans when we are travelling-. While she was a puppy, I purchased her food from a different vendor, but as soon as I changed to the adult version, she decided that that grub was no longer good enough for her, so back to the drawing board. After a lot of researching and asking around, I tried a couple of different brands. Her Royal Furness wouldn't touch one of them, so we went with ProDog, and here we are, almost 18 months after. She inhales her food as soon as the bowl touches the mat, has never been ill, has perfect weight, a shiny coat and a seemingly endless supply of energy. I'll consider that a win. On different occasions, we've tried some supplements (Boost, colostrum and broth), and she gave her bark of approval to those too. Regarding the company, I can't remember ever having an issue with them. I've contacted customer services probably four times in total, mostly to ask questions about adding or removing products or with queries regarding discount codes. Always prompt to reply, thoroughly lovely and very helpful. The deliveries have always been timely and handled appropriately, but I guess I should credit part of that merit to DPD. All in all, unless my dog strongly demands a change, I don't see myself finding a new vendor any time soon. p.s.: well done on your initiative with Dogs4Wildlife. Shinga seems to be in good hands!

Jun 13,2023The product is great and my dog loves it but delivery service and customer services resolution of issues is poor. My most recent order arrived 27hrs later than scheduled delivery time and was defrosted. I was willing to accept some of the defrosted product and requested a refund or replacement for the product that was unusable. Customer services told me the product was fine and to send videos to prove it was defrosted. Having waited in 2 days and spent time over both days chasing my order both with ProDogRaw customer services and DPD I decided it wasn’t worth wasting any further time trying to resolve the issue. Not a good experience and this is the 2nd delivery I have had issues with. I will be purchasing elsewhere in future.

First thing the next day had a reply and was able to process my payment another way. Order arrived as requested on the Saturday after. Amazing service and my dog seems to loving his new raw food would definitely re order and recommend
