Nov 30,2023I purchased a sawgrass 1000 from pro world sawgrass products and technical support is garbage sawgrass emails you this is a huge company that don't have live technical support I've been feeling with installation of software for a month and a half geek squad does not even know what to do with this printer you guys got all the brains and this piece of st is still not working a waste of time and money and the people on YouTube and at sawgrass are liar's. No one should buy sawgrass products. After sawgrass email u with clips on how to install the software and u follow instructions with video.what do u wen it still does not work. That is not a good service at all. If anyone thinks that's a good service there's something wrong with ur brain I did email back and forth with a tech from sawgrass and that person told me there is no live technical support

I contacted ProWorld and they simply asked how many and sent me replacements at no cost. I recently had an order that had a manufacturer defect. Same story, I was sent a replacement, no questions asked. Great customer service!

I just received my order about 45 minutes ago, had a birthday gift to make for a friend for this evening, right when I opened the box, I sublimated and just wow absolutely beautiful and my go to from here on out on these tumblers. Thank you proworld for being amazing and thank you for the little Swedish fish, I remember when I was a little girl 45 years ago being five years old, going into the store with one dollar and getting 100 original fishes in a brown paper bag, my favorite!!! Next time I'll take about 20 more!!!
