Nov 09,2023Send the wrong item, then tell me I have to pay to send it back for credit points - and they will be nice enough to waive the restocking fee. So I reply telling them to look at their own posted return policy and they double down and reply with another response that doesn't fix the problem. Don't waste your time - shop elsewhere.

Nov 16,2023I ordered 36 11 oz sublimation mugs and 36 15 oz sublimation mugs. It came fast with no breakage even though UPS damaged one of the boxes. I know it was UPS because they put it in a new box and cut label off the old box and attached it to the new box. Very please with these mugs we definitely buy from them again
