Oct 13,2023Many of the smaller designs had loose stones prior to the press on, and they had to be rearranged, which is very difficult. The larger design seem to be more stable and stones were placed correctly. The iron ons for #Dog mom and #cat mom took a minimum of 385° at 15 seconds×2 to get them to stick. The pressure needs to be stated as extreme heavy press as well please.

Oct 07,2023So I place an order Thursday night, I get a call from them immediately saying half my order is back ordered and it will ship out on Wednesday the following week. Wednesday the following week comes and I call confirming my shipment is coming because I got no notification or email about my order and nothing was delivered and they say yes it went out already. It in fact did not get shipped out. I then ordered more because I was told they had the stuff back in stock, “the website isn’t updated yet” is what I’m told even though it says back ordered still. So I place another order with two day shipping. I call again on Thursday confirming my shipment is coming and ask where my other half of my first order is since it didn’t come on Wednesday, and they tell me it’s back ordered till Friday. And won’t get shipped out till the Monday or Tuesday after the weekend, even with two day rush shipping. So due to the fact that the project I needed all this stuff was for is the Tuesday I needed to cancel my order because their customer service people are the most unhelpful people. Three days later and my order still isn’t canceled and I had to order the materials I needed from someone else at a premium. I will not be using this company again due to sitting on hold for 15-20 minutes every time I call and they seem to be super unorganized and extremely unprofessional. It even said today when I called “we are experiencing high call volumes, press 0 to get a call back”… still waiting on my call back…. Completely ruined my first time using this company and I won’t be using them again. And I’m also now behind on my project due to their incompetence and bad/lack of communication with me about my orders. Hopefully I receive my refund.
