First time dealing with RoGallery and my experience was exceptional. First class service and next day shipping. Packing of the painting was excellent. Double walled exterior box filled with packing material and painting was inside another box within the double walled box. FedEx offered great delivery and hold at location options so I didn't have to wait at home to accept the package. I highly recommend RoGallery and FedEx as the choice for shipping.
Lost my artwork I bought. Did refund
I realize it has been some time since this piece was purchased. I am not an art expert. However, when this piece was hung on the wall there were significant cracks that appeared. My framer tried to replace the art at his expense because I am a good customer of his. He purchased a replacement and I witnessed it being opened today and saw the same flaw and an additional flaw on the replaced piece. He contacted the owner and was treated rudely and told to take the matter up with Fedex. The box was in perfect condition when it arrived. I believe that you are selling damaged art and are not disclosing it to customers. Your write ups in Yelp reflect very similar situations. I don't think that EBAY or the credit card companies should allow you to do business with them. Customers need to be taken better care of.

I use your site to review pricing and value of art that I search for locally and on web based auction sites to determine if the purchase is within what I am accustom to based on what amount I want to invest into a piece of art.
Never heard about that gallery until they started to spam me with review requests. I politely asked if we had done business before and they never replied. No idea how I end up on their clients list. One star for mismanaging my contact information.

I inquired about a print and was very poorly handled. Then I saw what I thought was another from that edition and asked about it, the reply I got was 2x as nasty. And though I wasn’t in the market then, fiscal things are better for me now. But I’ll find my art elsewhere.
