Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Oct 09,2024I purchased a diamond cut ring as a wedding band. The gold has worn off on both sides, leaving one hole. Ross Simon said I would have to pay for repair. Seems they should stand by their product. They create junk, sell it as good quality, and if you fall for that you will pay for their dishonesty. I will be buying a new band somewhere else.

Oct 01,2024Good quality and reasonable prices. I purchased 3 pairs of earrings. All are beautiful. However, one pair showed much more detail in the pictures than are actually able to see in person. Silver hoops with gold accents. Have to look very closely to see the accents. I thought the wrong pair was sent. Another pair is very heavy. Still debating on keeping or not.
