A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

I do wish shipping were faster, but I am tremendously thankful for the free shipping in spite of the length of time it takes the article to arrive. Great company with excellent merchandise!

Aug 17,2024I love my gold hoops! They are just a tad big for my preference but nothing to complain about. I intended to wear them everyday, but they are so pretty they may be used for special occasions! We'll see. As always ross-simons is a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them again.

She says that the weight of them is perfect and they stay in and balance well without adding additional earring backs. She loves them and so I am very pleased.

Aug 13,2024The item shipped quicker than expected as I knew it was on a bit of a back order which was nice, but the quality of the ring is poorer than we expected and hoped for. For approx a $500 ring, the inner part of the ring is hollowed out making it feel cheaper.

Aug 05,2024The posts are too long. My earlobes are not thin but they are normal and it's difficult to get the earrings on. In the picture the bars appeared to be yellow gold but when received the bars are white gold. It was my first disappointing purchase with Ross Simons.
