Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

May 01,2024Basic ... cheap jewelry at a cheap price. You get what you pay for. However, I have had a constant blizzard of spam email since my one purchase. I have clicked 'unsubscribe' every time until I realized they won't stop it. So, I rate them at 2, a basic purchase with irritating non stop daily SPAM emails.

Apr 27,2024I ordered 2 rings for my wife's birthday and paid extra to have them delivered before her birthday. They never arrives. Traced training number which said recipiente requested hold for pickup at station,which o never did. Called rs and I explained to them what happened and rhey said they would investigating. Heard nothing. Called back 4 times and each time I was told I had requested hold for pickup. Finally I spoke to someone in management that said they spoke to ups and I would receive delivery in 2 days. Never received anything. 2 days later received notice from UPS package had been returned to sender. Yesterday saw pending refund on my cc. BEWARE rs nay have cheap jewelery but they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION YOU WILL GO THRU

Apr 18,2024I've bought plenty from Ross-Simon's over the years. Recently I had to return a product and requested a paper label be mailed to me because I don't use or have a printer. I was told from customer service, "we can do that for you this time, but normally we only mail labels to our high end customers". Are you kidding me? That's what you call customer service? I'd rather eat a bucket of dirt than ever buy from Ross-Simon's in the future. I wouldn't want them straining their budget by sending piece of paper in the mail.
