Apr 10,2024I purchased a14k rose gold which tarnished yellow in approximately 10 months. The company exchanged it for another 14k rose gold that tarnished in less than 2 months. They accepted the second one and offered me a store credit so I could continue to buy jewelry that are not as described. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Apr 05,2024I received the order for this ring but the sizing is extremely small. My ring size is 7 American. I ordered a size 8 and could hardly get it off my finger . According to the actual size received, I would need to order a size 9. I returned this item and subsequently had to return other rings not knowing what I now know about sizing. Please provide feedback as to the status of the other two orders. On a side note, the quality of the merchandise is very good and the return process is simple with fast crediting of refunds.

Despite the initial allure of the design, I've encountered significant issues with the durability of the bracelet. Within a short period of wearing it, the bracelet broke not once, but twice, necessitating costly repairs on both occasions. What's more frustrating is the lack of information provided regarding warranty coverage. It was only after reaching out to customer support that I learned about the supposed one-year warranty for repairs, which, unfortunately, was not communicated during the purchase process or through any accompanying documentation. Furthermore, when I sought clarification on the warranty coverage, I was met with dismissive responses and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. It's disappointing to see a company fail to stand behind the quality of its products and adequately inform customers about warranty options. What's more, the company refused to provide an avenue for me to share my experience through a product review on their website. Their response indicated that they only solicit reviews within a 30-day window, leaving no opportunity for customers to provide feedback beyond that timeframe. Overall, I cannot recommend this bracelet due to its poor quality and the lack of transparency regarding warranty coverage. Potential buyers should be aware of these issues before making a purchase decision.
