May 26,2024Booked and paid for a taxi 4 days beforehand then half hour before we were due to be picked up they cancelled our taxi leaving us with no transport home. I had my 82 year old disabled mother with us and couldn’t get another taxi from anywhere. We rang them to ask why it had been cancelled and they said we don’t pick up from that area even tho on the website it says pick up from anywhere ! And we where only 6miles away. The man we spoke to was an absolute disgrace the way he spoke and ended up putting the phone down on me while I was trying to explain we needed to get my disabled mother home. Obviously has issues with disabled people. I will never use this taxi firm again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them, they are very unreliable and I wish I had read the reviews first.
