Feb 13,2024Told the person who booked the trip I wanted to go to Oxford parkway station, told the driver several times I wanted Oxford parkway station - yet still ended up at Oxford station, not parkway. Hugely frustrating when you have a ire booked ticket back to london from parkway

Feb 13,2024I will be no longer using royal cars. I have been a loyal customer of 15 years but I have been spoken to in an argumentive and rude manner, had by taxi cancelled prior my booking time and when trying to resolve an issue with manager I found lack of understanding or intergal customer service. Taxi drivers are fantastic luckily and super helpful, however whoever runs the office needs more training and so is staff on the office. Avoid booking during the week.
