Jan 23,2024I took this taxi company before. This trip I paid with debit and gathered my shopping items and forgot my laptop on the back seat. It had so much of my work, school and artworks The driver did not return it. I called the service repeatedly and was asked to call back in a hour. They said I was his last ride for the day..it was 7pm. Finally a supervisor said they will leave him a voice mail. No communication from them or the driver. Offered to pay him the price of the laptop. I called repeatedly for 2 days before they said he does not have it. They need rear facing cameras to protect the passengers items from the folks they hire. Don't recommend their service.

Jan 20,2024The driver was on the phone the whole time and talked too loud even when i had my headphones on also with radio on. The driver had stinky breath that filled the whole car so all of us had to cover our faces.

Jan 17,2024Försäljaren och ägaren var jättebra och tog hand om köpet på ett bra sätt. Han kändes ärlig och det är ju viktigt vid ett bilköp. Det som drar ner betyget från en femma är att bilen vägrade att starta nästa morgon men efter ett telefonsamtal på eftermiddagen med killen och lite goda råd fick jag igång den igen. / Micke

Jan 16,2024Absolut värsta jag varit med om! Bluff rakt igenom. Köpte en bil som visar sig vara princip obrukbar efter att påpekat detta med felsökningsprotokoll ifrån en auktoriserad verkstad så motsäger sig ändå Omar Al Azawi att jag ska få häva köpet, när jag fortsätter argumentera för min sak så blir han våldsam.

Jan 12,2024Booking reference- 2014036 Rude customer service executive on phone. I took the taxi from Oxford Station and requested for a receipt online. They sent the receipt with the wrong address and spelling mistake on my name. Customer service executive was very rude to talk and didn't acknowledge the issue. I explained the problem that I can't put through the receipt with the wrong details as Company won't reimburse but customer care executive was not ready to listen or help. When I requested to speak to some senior, they put me on hold for 20mins and no callback received.
