Our online business had grown massively in lockdown and we needed to introduce an easier pay to process our labels and ship without Hasel. Josh intergarted our two website, educating me on how to use the platform to its full potential and we haven’t looked back since. Jun 24,2021Shiptheory is the perfect shipping label solution for e-commerce store owners. It bridges the gap between Shopify and your courier to print the required label(s) for your orders. As I am based in the EU, I found it very helpful that when exporting outside the EU, Shiptheory will acknowledge my customer's address and automatically print the additional customs declaration label too. The whole process has been absolutely seamless for me and that is down to the incredible customer service of Josh Hodder. Josh's knowledge and speed of response has been second-to-none. What really impressed me was not just his knowledge of his product, but of the logistics industry it sits upon such as courier policies, customs declarations and everything in between. To sum up, I cannot recommend this platform enough!

The initial setup was so smooth, when we had any issues big or small they were only a phone call or email away. We are now able to quickly and easily produce labels for our shipments from all carriers to both the uk and overseas, satisfying the export rules. Jun 17,2021The software and staff are amazing, they are so attentive and quick to respond to our technical needs and any general questions we may have. We researched a lot of similar companies offering similar services but choosing Shiptheory was definitely the right choice. They have helped us streamline our workflow and systems in our packing facility which in turn, is returning much-needed working hours to each of the team members as they do not have to do so many manual tasks getting dispatch and packing ready each day. The team are excellent with their customer support in particular Josh, without his help and understanding of our business needs we would probably be still stuck using our old redundant time-consuming systems. Top marks all round - would highly recommend!

Jun 17,2021Shiptheory is a wonderful tool to get shipping labels sorted quickly. It seems to be working great working remotely and locally. Integration was easy with the carriers and the sales channels. For us the Xero to DPD, FedEx and UPS seem to work really well. Josh our account manager was really hands-on and straight away sorted out printing configuration for FedEx/UPS labels. That means we can use Shiptheory to print on our own label printer rather than being forced to get a carrier-specific printer. The system is fast and labels are generated instantly. We need to work on our data in Xero, but once that's all correct I think it will be fool-proof! The rest of the support team have been helpful as well, but I haven't had much of a need to speak to them yet! I guess that's a good thing! Good work Shiptheory!

Jun 09,2021While the ShipTheory API software is really well designed and the best in class for bulk processing of shipments, it is the qualilty of their customer support during set up and ongoing that really impresses. The ShipTheory team totally understand that their revenue from subscribers will come from long lifetime value and their support and customer care completely secures that. Having said that, if the software hadnt been able to totally revolutionise our business as it has done, we would have looked at the other options but there are clearly none like ShipTheory.
