However the last 2 times I have taken advantage of their freebie Friday the fee liquid didn't come with nic shot (where as it has before). There is no mention of this anywhere to prompt you to add 1 so you're just stuck with a liquid that's unusable or needs a further purchase to use. 1 of the liquids even requires 15mg nic shots which aren't even available on the site to buy from what I can see. I don't know if I've just been unlucky but not as happy with more recent orders from Simply Eliquid.

Jun 22,2019Simply E Liquid is good for their products but as for the loyalty scheme, I have complained twice that I have not received any loyalty and have never had it sorted out, so have been getting product and still no loyalty. If it was not that I can not get as good a product else where I would probably stop shopping with them.

Not entirely sure items had been sent first time as I only received emails to rate after second postage and was told 1 item would not be back in stock until the Monday but was posted the Saturday. Disappointed as usually get very good service but something was not right this time and would prefer honesty.
