Sep 10,2021From the start to the end the process was brilliant. Ralph organised our date for fitting our new boiler which was aged and ready for new. We contacted Ralph on the Friday and by the Monday the engineer came out to asses and quote us for the job! Then on the Tuesday (the next day) the 2 lovely lads came and worked quickly and efficiently to get our new boiler fit! The heating is fantastic now and everything’s working perfect. Due our baby any day now so we have piece of mind that this was able to be done so quickly before his arrival! very pleasant service! 100% recommended! Thankyou xxx

Aug 24,2021A leak occurred with my boiler which made me slightly panic however one phone call to Ralph and he immediately put my mind at ease. An engineer attended the same day and It was decided that a replacement was the best action. A new boiler was fitted within a few days and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nothing was too much trouble, the guys arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated every step. Fantastic service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend :)

They were not pushy and took the time to answer all my questions and provide neutral advice. The engineer turned up on time, and was incredibly hard working and provided good advice when an issue occurred. The issue was resolved quickly and the boiler fitter within the day.
