Jan 07,2023Terri was very approachable and made me feel at ease. She was extremely helpful and I found the whole process very straight forward. Unlike my other experiences, Terri was incredibly punctual and sent the report out the same day as my call (even just 1 hour after!). I applaud her for her work as she clearly knows her what she is doing and is very skilled.
