Its more difficult over the phone I would imagine but I think it went OK. I felt that someone was listening and I wasn't made to feel stupid for thinking that way. I felt better just talking to someone neutral.

The telephone consultation was very professional. The lady listened to my concerns carefully and asked me relevant question. The report that was produced was prompt and accurate.
If I could give zero I would π I did not receive it and they told my company I had refused it. My company has sacked me bcs I did not release it I spoke to The young lady on the receptionist and she told me it never got sent too me then the next day I spoke to H (the boss) and he just lied through his teeth to me saying it got sent out on the 20th January but they sent a email to my company on the 22nd January saying I had refused to let it go and donβt know how it could have got to me and bck too you in 1day(Royal Mail post) I will be following it up in court in time Jon tooley Stay well clear of them all they do is lie πππππ Cost me my job I will not change nothing bcs itβs all true not like your boss who lies through his teethπ
Anna was great and seemed to listen. To be told after having a hysterectomy they expect me back in work after 2-4 weeks is a laughing matter and very unreasonable. Speak to any doctor and itβs a minimum of 6 weeks.
My company purchased the full package, I tried to book and there were no appointments available for any of their services. I contacted a charity based organisation instead and got an appointment the same day for counseling.
Always go above and beyond and their service is exemplary.
I had an accident and hurt my shoulder. I was off work for a bit and they put me in touch with Smart Clinic. The lady on the phone was so lovely, I found it very easy to talk to her. They were really helpful. Because of them it fast forwarded for me to have an operation on my shoulder. I would've had the op by now but unfortunately Covid happened, it is now booked for next month. So, I'd like to say a big personnel Thankyou to the Smart Clinic team.
Excellent customer service. Staff very knowledgable and helpful. The OH, Counselling and Physiotherapy services have been very beneficial in supporting our staff :-)

Felt totally at ease from the moment we entered the building, to being treated and leaving the building. All the staff were very warm and welcoming, explained every step of the procedure, which put my husband at ease. They also had a Covid-19 secure way of operating, which was also very comforting. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
