Jan 10,2025I had a phone interview with Dr. Vivien. He was very good about slowing his speech down so I could understand what he was saying, as I suffer from Auditory Processing Disorder, I generally read lips and struggle on the phone. I found Dr Vivien listened very well to the circumstances surrounding the reason I'm off work and wrote a very fair report to HR, telling them what was needed based on what I had disclosed to him. The report was very timely and I really felt listened to. Thank you.

Dec 16,2024I was nervous starting my Occupational Health assessment. However I was soon made to feel relaxed by the assessor. She explained exactly what would happen and that I would see her report before it was passed on to my employer. With hours of the assessment, the report was available for me to read. When I approved it, it was sent to my employer. Wow! What an efficient service. Lovely assessor, reassuring assessment and within hours my employer knew how to support me.
