Sep 04,2024An exceptionally quick response and appointment time arranged that very day to suit me. Mandy was kind and compassionate while also being thorough and efficient. I felt completely at ease talking about personal information, even though she was a complete strange, which is very unlike me. I felt supported at all times and that she had my best interests as well as those of the business in mind.

It was so reassuring to speak to someone who was understanding and well-versed about the condition. Anita was friendly, helpful and understanding. She's provided several useful pointers for me to refer to my GP to hopefully improve things a little.

Jul 17,2024I had a really positive experience with Smart Clinic. I received a phone call on time as stated. The caller identified themselves and asked me a couple of security questions. The caller listened to me and asked appropriate questions and was very knowledgeable.

The process was seamless and when I spoke to Joanna she was lovely and very understanding and her report was with me in hours. The amendments I had were also dealt with quickly and it was sent to my HR in the click of a button!
