Nov 21,2023From being referred to having an appointment was less than 24 hours. Absolutely fantastic service, prompt and professional. Smart Clinic practitioners, unlike your general practitioner, took as long as I needed on my telephone appointment to talk about everything I was feeling and going through, I didn’t feel rushed, I felt heard by Maggie and understood and she gave me some amazing advice to take away with me. Not only was my appointment fantastic, the portal where you book appointments etc is easy to navigate and effective. I can’t thank Smart Clinic enough for the service they provided and continue to provide to me in my mental health journey.
