Jun 10,2023The procedure to book and have an appointment was straight forward but the person carrying out the review was lacking in knowledge on my condition and was more focused on typing up the report. They also put in too much information on what they thought and not factual information. Having had past occupational health review meetings face to face with consultants was a much better experience. All in all a waste of my time and money for my employer.

The telephone conversation I had was very thorough and answered all of my questions. They were polite and were very knowledgeable. All in all it was a very good experience.
