Dec 04,2021Returning customer, our 2nd front door (we moved!) Lovely young sales man bright outgoing personality, nice to deal with didnt try to push his ideas on you just advised when required! Another nice friendly man came to carry out professional measurements - delivery time was as quoted, didnt take that long to take out and fit new door unit, very clean working installers. We would happily recommend to others and use again ourselves

Dec 02,2021After using smiths the first time was for my mother’s home I had the pleasure of using for my home. Danny and Joel, were really good fitters, good jokes, good energy and very clean. They kept me informed with the progress while installing the windows and doors and took the time to answer any questions I had. I’m pleased I used smiths again and with the discount they gave me along with being referred by mother it worked out pretty decent. The only thing that was painful was paying on Black Friday weekend but the Windows and doors are much better than spending money on gadgets. Would 100% recommend Thanks again,

Dec 01,2021The whole process from start to finish was painless, from the very first email that was sent requesting the company's service to the actual completion of the job. The sales rep came fully armed with all the necessary information and samples. The surveyor that came to take the necessary measurements also double checked the information that he had to ensure that nothing had been overlooked. The fitter that carried out the actual job was punctual and efficient, removed the old porch and fitted the new one without any fuss. He also tidied up after the work was completed and readily touched up the finishing in some areas that I asked him to.

Nov 29,2021Worst after service I have ever come across they don’t not care about any problems you have after the have got your money. I wish I never used them to fit me a conservatory. Bi folds doos fitted wrong and roof has moved but I can’t get anyone round to sort the problems out as the manager said they don’t have a service department to be able to deal with 10 k customers.

Nov 24,2021We had our conservatory replace by smith glass and we were very pleased with the final outcome. We had some problems on the way a couple of times tradesman come round and we wasn’t told so need to improve their communications but overall things got sorted out. We were very please with there fitters and electrician they were really nice guys very helpful, they were tidy and cleaned up afterwards themselves. We would recommend smith glass to family and friends.

Nov 23,2021The company has blamed FENSA for not registering my work and refused to acknowledge that they have not registered it or to rectify the problem. This will create huge problems for me when it comes to selling my flat as I’ll have to pay for an independent inspection. FENSA have told me the company will not be allowed to register new work with FENSA until they have registered my work, so if you book work with them you won’t get the fensa quality certificate they have promised you.
