Jul 25,2024as an adherent of all this hustle around nature, i got to say that i have chosen solar panels as the main source of energy deliberately, i'd say consciously. i searched this website for certain type of solar panels and it seemed to me that i found what i needed. but no... after making an order and receiving 15K hybrid inverter, i understood thath it wasn't something that i need. description of the inverter wasn't exhaustive enough for me, but... at least the delivery was quick.

Jun 15,2024Correct order was received, very well packed with 8 solar panels, 3 Goose racks, a Lux 6K and some bits and pieces, no damage, nothing missing. The goose rack was not cheap, but very well made, with high quality material... assembly instructions could be a little better, but we figured it out.

Jun 05,2024Was happy to see a reasonably priced ground mount for sale. I did not understand the pre order tag on the website, so reached out via chat. Whoever was on the other end was able to facilitate the purchase. Purolator messed up somehow and my delivery was delayed by a few days. Glad I did not rent equipment to install. Overall I’m happy that the store exists as a resource.

Apr 12,2024Ordered an item online after careful review of the return policy, including the stated “Free Returns” on the checkout page and detailed review of the linked return policy. Project ran into a major cost increase on certification and had to be cancelled days later. On return request, I was then told that I would have to pay both shipping and a 20% restocking fee, despite no mention on either in the refund policy document. On return, I waited more than a week after confirmation that package was delivered without a refund. Finally had to reach out again to get my partial refund. Online sales are contracts. If you can’t trust a company to adhere to the agreements they write, I wouldn’t trust them on much of anything else. EDITED - August 1st, 2024: After conducting extensive legal research, I determined that I was justified in demanding a full refund and send a subsquent demand letter with my legal justification and stated a lawsuit would be forthcoming should the company refuse. At this point, the company admitted to being previously aware of the issue with improper refund policy documentation and provided a full refund.

Mar 25,2024Actually i was interested in the lifep04 batteries that were back ordered. Solar Power Store expected full payment in January for delivery late March at the earliest. So I decided to try purchase couple of flexible solar panels along with connectors for my boat. The fairly priced panels and connectors arrived promptly. So I order for 100ah lifep048volt battery. I will update as time moves forward on the backorder situation we shall see soon enough. Receaved battery in May 2022 was very happy with performance untill September when one cell voltage would hit low voltage shutdown at around the 50% level. Contacted Solar Power Store and I am in the process of some form of resolution. I will update review as we move forward. Solar Power Store has made good there first response was send battery back. But thats not good for me I/we live off grid and were entering the most difficult time of year. Compromise offered was I buy new battery and Solar Power Store would refund cost when thay recieved deffective battery. In the end I made the 8hr drive and we exchanged new for deffective Nov 2022. At this time can say will buy again from Solar Power Store. 5/5 Well here we are Feb 2024 with battery and state of health is now 87% on 187 cycles. When i had problem with first battery i requested information on PC connection to battery monitor system to help me resolve low cell shutdown. Was told no! and now i beleave low temp protection was not calibrated. But that is just a guess, i have moved on to other brand of Lifepo4 48v 100amp battery that is working in parallel with no problems. So i have changed my review to 3/5
