Or order was shipped with some of the wrong parts - we were missing 2 pieces from the racking system and got a 1 string disconnect switch not the 2 string we paid for. Once we realized this and reached out the rep was good about it - fast communication and didn't bill us for the extra shipping on those parts, but it was still a scramble to get them in time of our install and took extra time on our part. Overall satisfied with the solar store - we're only half done our install so can't comment on the products yet. Pricing was very competitive - best we've found - and the support has been good in terms of explaining how everything goes together as we're doing the installation ourselves.

Excellent service and pricing. Shipping was fast and my 16 panels were packaged very securely. I picked them up at a local shipping company and everything went smoothly. I definitely will be a returning customer!

The Product was available. The ordre quickly procédés and delivery was only a few Days later. Solar panels were well wrapped and put on a Skid a bit larger. All delivered on perfect condition.

Very poor customer service. Communication is severely lacking. Price is never what’s quoted. It’s waaay more, without clear itemization. Baffling. This is not a full service package despite being told it was. If I wasn’t already committed to this project financially, I’d go with someone else. Hopefully our setup actually gets completed, eventually, but after that I won’t use them again. If by any chance they read this review and improve their service and communication, I may be inclined to reflect that in a final review. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off. Note: the contracted electrician Bryant is wonderful and also suffering from their lack of communication.
