Aug 11,2023The 48V unit runs much cooler then expected. The fact that it has an IP waterproof rating is very reassuring for my marine application. Great service from the folks at the Solar Power Store.

Aug 10,2023I was very pleased with the service with the solar power store team. They worked with me to make sure I received everything in a timely manner. The shipping team could have done a bit better with how the Panels were shipped. They were on edge and they arrived leaning at about a 20 degree angle, without any added extra support which resulted in two broken panels (some 2x4s serving as bracing would've done the trick). I simply called Michael with Solar power store and they replaced the broken panels at no added expense and in a timely manner which I was very pleased about.

Je n'ai pas encore testé l'auto-chauffant. J'ai aussi reçu l'aide d'un employé par chat su Par contre, j'ai demandé une preuve écrite pour la garantie de 10 ans, et ce, à 3 reprises au cours des 3 dernières semaines, par chat ou pour courriel, et je ne l'ai pas encore reçu,

Jul 28,2023The shipment arrived faster than expected. I installed both panels on my boat, and I am very happy with the performance. I'm getting a lot of power even on an overcast rainy day. This sure beats the regular flexible RV panels.

Jul 18,2023The worst online vbuying experience i ever had, stay away from this company! From the start when i bough a 12 volt fridge didnt have a confirmation for the first 2 weeks. I then proceed to write an email to them to get an answer many many days later saying they didnt have the fridge in stock. Is it that hard to inform your costumer that you dont have the order in stock? Then i had to pay 300$ extra for shipping on top of what i already paid becaus they had to send it on a pallet. Then i made sure before they send it that it would be here on time becaue im moving and i eould need to be here fore the 22 of july. They told me it would be here for sure but of corse its mot here now. They are uaing yrc for ahipping who is one of the worst shipping company ever. Now i will jave to drive more the 1000 km to comeback and pick up the fridge becaue of that unreliable company. Just a nightmare since the start. Please stay aways from them!!

Jul 12,2023Product so far is great. Support is non existing. After calling emailing and text we got zero help on any setup questions. I have been sure to let the 30 Cottagers around us to go somewhere that there is better service when needed. It’s unfortunate that there is little to no support.

Jul 10,2023Attitude of staff was like it was a bother just to say hello. Business must be amazing as the indifference to customers was palpable. Supposedly you have to make an appointment but this was never mentioned on two phone calls prior to visiting the location.

Nous avons immédiatement soulevé le point avec photo à l'appui au service à la clientèle et ceux-ci nous sommes revenus avec certaines options. Nous avons choisit l'option du remboursement et cela a été fait très rapidement. Nous avons aussi commandé une batterie supplémentaire et il nous l'ont envoyé sans frais d'expédition supplémentaire. Excellent service.
