May 28,2023The product was delivered with no damage and all my question were answered before purchase. One thing I would recommend to the company is to please check your wiring on the PV disconnect box (solar power store version) before shipping. My product was wired wrong (backwards) and would have caused a major electrical problem if I did not catch it before installation.

May 05,2023First, my shipment was missing components, did not have a packing list and I was given a wiring diagram that looked to be made by a 10 year old in microsoft paint. It took quite a bit of hounding to get the missing parts shipped to me. When I went to have my electrical inspection done, the inspector wouldn’t pass it because the certification paperwork was not correct on my inverter and missing on the combiner box. Once again, it took several weeks and quite a bit of hounding to resolve this issue. Once I actually powered the system up for the first time, the inverter was throwing warning and fault codes. I tried to troubleshoot this with manufacturer directly, after over two months of attempting to fix the issue, my patience has run out. I requested a refund or replacement unit from the Solar Power Store as I was sold a defective unit. They told me they wouldn’t refund me and the warranty was with the manufacturer. I have followed up several times about the status of my warranty claim and they are no longer answering my emails. I have never experienced customer service this bad and would strongly advise everyone to stay away from the Solar Power Store.

Apr 17,2023My Batteries arrived without manual and warranty agreement. I had to ask 3 time's to finerly get the warranty agreement. The manual on the homepage was for a different battery. Also the system to get someone on the phone is just not working for me.
