Nov 07,2024We had a smart meter fitted by Matthew Smith. He arrived on time, was very courteous and the fitting was completed in under 30 minutes with minimum fuss. Matthew also took the time to explain how the meter works and left us with additional instruction. Thank you. Would recommend.

He came to replace my gas meter but explained everything that needed to be done including moving the gas meter and replacing the electricity meter. Nothing was a hassle and he even entertained our dachshund when he got in the way. Thanks again

I was given a time slot of between 8am and 12pm but got a text at 7:45 to say the ETA was between 8:10 and 8:20. The engineer (K Jordan) arrived promptly at 8:10. He was very polite, super friendly and helpful and was done in around 45 minutes.
