Feb 11,2024Liam Andrew came to replace the Smart Meter at our property on behalf of Octopus Energy, he called a day before as a previous appointment had been cancelled and was hoping to come and see us, however he then got called away to and emergency, so he called back to say he would see us at 8 the next day. The next day he arrived on time and was with us for about 2 hours, during the replacement he keep us informed about the process and what was happening, at the end he ran us through the new display and explained how long it would take for the system to show up readings. He left the are he had been working in clear and clean. We were very happy with the work done and how he kept us informed before and during the replacement. Many thanks

This per se allowed to organise my day and make the most of my day off. On arrival he was very pleasant, polaid, and very helpful. Great experience overall. Gracias Michael!
