The engineer Dean Bowen was a proffesional delight. He removed shoes when entering our home, was very polite and explained everything well. A true asset to your company. Many thanks The Gebhards

Michael Laudrum for EDF fitted my smart meter display this morning. He had previously changed the meters but the display unit wasn’t what l wanted. He has very kindly gone out of his way to bring one today that l can understand. He was very courteous explaining fully how to use it, nothing was too much trouble, how wonderful it would be if all tradespeople were so helpful

Sure! How about this: 5-Star Review for Smart Meter Installation Had a smart meter installed by Warren Wright and couldn’t be happier. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Super professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They also took the time to answer my questions and gave me some useful tips on tracking my energy usage. Really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude.

Chris, the engineer who visited my property, completed and meter exchange very quickly and explained everything throughout. He ensured everything who working and correct before power down and then after if it was reinstated. There was no signs to say he’d been after the appointment as any bits of cable, meter seals etc was tidied up and there was no mess. He even put the door back on my meter box!

I was contacted by Dean Bowen on the morning of my meter fitting. He gave me a time he would be at my home. He arrived at the time he had stated.He explained what today would involve and roughly how long it would take. He was very polite, respectful of my property, all whilst working clean and tidily. When he had finished he explained how the new monitor works and that I can still send readings through to my provider. (If i needed) All in all a very professional service. Thank you Dean.

On 29/1/2025 Providor fitted me a Smart Meter. The engineer Matthew George Smith, kept me informed by text. I knew exactly when he would arrive. He did a great job. Took the time to show me how the monitor worked. Found the place where it picked up the best reception. A really lovely helpful guy and an asset to Providor . Thank you

Simon arrived and straight away got on with the job in hand. Very polite and held a great conversation while cracking on. Surprised how quickly and efficiently he changed the meters allowing me to get on with my day. Was an absolute pleasure to welcome Simon into my home, top bloke!!

Dean Bowen from EDF contacted me 2 hours prior to my appointment to ask if he could come early due to a cancellation. I happily accepted, he arrived, was very polite, I explained to issue and he quickly got to work replacing my faulty meter. Less than 1 hour and the job was done. He was quick and very pleasant and I hope he receives praise for being an absolute credit to EDF.

Lloyd went above and beyond to install my smart meter, it was incredibly difficult, he was working in a confined space and had to move the meter location in order to install the smart meter, all of which he took in his stride and I am extremely happy with the service.

The engineer K Jordan contacted me to say he was on way. Friendly and quick left everything clean and tidy explained all about our new smart meter and left tutorials excellent service highly recommend him thank you.
