Sureserve/swale ? The service is beyond satisfactory. I had an operative attend my property. L&Q contractor, upon booking the repair I said it’s a boiler pipe. (Condense and another pipe relating to the boiler) ROB attended, produced no ID may I add. On entrance I cleared cupboard. He spent 5 minutes in my home and said it’s a cold water pipe leak. Didn’t inspect the boiler, etc. advised me to call L&Q for emergency plumber. He didn’t call his office, plumber had attendance found various leaks. Which included the condense pipe leaking onto the water pipe which clearly had been going on for a while as it caused it to erode and that’s where the main leak was coming from. He has fixed what he can, however condense pipe leaking still. Emergency repair to gas. No one turned up. I get a call from Rob. I said why didn’t u inspect it properly when I knew it was condense. His reply was well I see water gushing out I assumed!! YOU ASSUMED?! He then said well the plumber could have fixed it! No you should have done your job. His attitude was appalling and when he did attend my neighbour let him in. And his moved my microwave and items not put them back. Not even left the towel I was using to contain the leak in the place so I’ve came home to mop up. He told my neighbour I need to call office to book appointment? Erm was he not suppose to call it in. I’ve messaged the phone number which confirm my initial appointment and asked me for a review and got zero help. I called customer service they have no record of my ref and job! Wow! I don’t even want them back in my home!
Today an Engineer named Warren Wright called to my property to install my new EDF SMART METERS both for Electric and Gas this young man was very smart and presented in his actions as well as his dress he was very thorough and clean and tidy doing his job and was also very friendly and helpful Yet another happy customer from being with EDF for my energy Excellent service all round Very Greatful Anonymous
The man who came to install the smart meter K Jordan was very nice and welcoming he made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and left me with some great help to get the smart meter started
Johnathan Teeder arrived promptly after calling to say he was on route to my home to change my electric meter. He was courteous and polite explaining what he was about to do. He made sure I knew how to use the new display before he left my home. He tidied up where the meter exchange was completed taking away the old meter. Totally lovely guy who was a very happy positive kinda person. Thank you Johnathan.
Mark, from Providor, installed smart meters to electric and gas, in less than one hout. My supplier, Octopus said it would take an hour for each. Excellent install. However the metal box beneath the fuse box is missing the four securing bolts and he's not answering my calls about returning them.

The engineer who attended our home today (K Jordan) was very professional and informative at each part of the process to update next generation Smart Meters Although the gas could not be completed today, I was very pleased with the service done today and the explanation on why the gas meter would need to be completed at a later date, good job!
Friendly engineer, but the installation took much longer than expected.
Top class friendly service from Simon Stevens. He kept me updated on his arrival times and arrivaled bang on time. He explained the job at hand and gave me a time on how long the job would take and how long the power would be off etc. Once he completed the job he demonstrated how to operate the smart meter and how to top up the meter through the app. Over all I am very happy with the meter and the service from Simon.
