Dec 20,2024Providor came today to install my smart meter (on behalf of Scottish Power). Overall, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable (who knew you could say that about a smart meter installation!), mainly thanks to the engineer, Jomy Thomas, who was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering a very efficient and smooth service. If I were to have another smart meter installation, I would wholly recommend their service again (and pray that Jomy is on call!). Thanks Jomy (and Providor)!

Dec 16,2024The operator came in the morning and carried out the electricity meter replacement with the minimum disturbance to us. Very efficient and informative. I was told I will be notified before someone comes, this wasn't done in my case it didn't make any difference since it I was prepared.

Dec 13,2024The engineer Chris Wemyss was polite friendly and professional. He ensured all appliances which may be at risk from a power surge were disconnected before doing the meter exchange. The work was done in a timely manner and everything was left as he found it with no tidying up needed by me. First class service 👍

The engineer fully explained the working of the home display when he had finished nothing to much trouble for him. We would recommend Dean Salmon to work in any home no problem thank you
