Dec 06,2024Just been let down for the third time on an attempt to get a smart meter installed. Not even a phone call or email message this time; they simply didn't show up. This after we specifically selected an 8-12 slot so the visit would be one of the first today after previous failures. There will be no more appointments made or accepted until Scottish Power get rid of this useless shower and replace them with contractors who can actually keep the appointments they make. I'll also be getting in touch with Scottish Power to explain exactly why I'll be refusing any future offers of a meter update.

Dec 06,2024Applied for a Smart Meter with Octopus. Providor attended and gave top quality service. Dev called to let me know when he'd be at my home, and then arrived when he said he would. He was kind and friendly and gave very useful advice. Completed the installation swiftly, including a new gas meter. Couldn't be happier with his service.

Dec 06,2024Jonathan was great and installed our meter very quickly. It is a shame it took EDF so long to get a meter installed and it only came after a lot of jumping up and down and complaining.

Dec 04,2024On time, and received a phone call 25 minutes before arrival. Chris Wemyss, who installed the meters, was friendly and professional and explained each step he’d need to take. He checked that everything was working ok and showed me the checks too, went through some gas safety info, and showed me the paperwork. Everything was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the experience.
