Thankfully James knew the issue instantly and set us up for a smart meter on the same day with no issues or hassle! Couldn’t be more thankful to see light in the house! The process itself was fairly quick and straightforward. Simon explained the smart meter functions clearly and concisely once the job was done. Checked everything before leaving to ensure all up & running as should be. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others, great job Fahad!

He made such an impression I thought he was an old friend of my husband. I even asked him if he was a friend from my husband's past and my husband didn't recognise him due to my husband's age. It would be lovely if all workmen could be just as pleasant 😊
