Sep 05,2015just had a washing machine delivered by Steve and Jay - 2 very nice lads. Access to my house is difficult owing to number of steps but thanks to their 'can do' attitude they completed the task without any problem. Well done and at a very competitive price so very pleased all round :)

Sep 03,2015Called up after finding the item cheaper online with another retailer. Scott assisted me with my query and arranged a price match and a further 10% discount on the difference, straight away, without any fuss. The service provided was good and clear. This is the first time I've used this company, so far so good. Hope to order an oven and built in microwave if all goes well with the cooker hood! Expecting my delivery on Saturday, so can't wait to get it fitted!

Sep 01,2015Bought a Hotpoint washing machine. Just before it was supposed to be delivered I received an email advising that they were unable to deliver it on the agreed date.. I replied asking what alternatives dates where available. Nothing heard so I sent a 2nd email. Still no reply so I rang them. Spoke to someone who explained Hotpoint factory was on strike but agreed to get back to me with an alternative dates. No reply again so I rang a second time asking to cancel order. They persuaded me to wait until they had spoken to Hotpoint. To his credit the customer service rep did call me back and assured me washer would be delivered in another week. He also offered me a £20 refund for my patience. After checking position with kitchen fitters I rang them back to cancel order as delivery date would be 3 days after they were due to start work. I said I wanted to cancel my order and was put on hold, I was then assured washer would be delivered on the new date. I told them this was too late and wanted to cancel order. They then offered me an alternative Beko model which was in stock. I explained I didn't want a Beko. Their reply was its a better model. Eventually I was forced to ask how many times I would need to ask for a refund before I would get my money back. Officer replied 'I'll sort it' and put the phone down. Charming!

Aug 29,2015I've been looking for a frost free freezer for some time as we have a height limitation in our kitchen. Found just what I wanted online at the Gas Superstore - but telephoned to see if we could get a better delivery than some 10-days time. Jess was very helpful, they had the unit in stock and it arrived next day within the time slot allocated. Paul, The driver, helped lift this into the kitchen and took all the packaging away so no hassle for me. Yet to power the unit on as I need to leave it to settle for a few hours - but so far very happy with the service provided.

Aug 28,2015we ordered a HOTPOINT GC640BK BLACK GAS HOB the ordering a was so easy the price was good the delivery date was given for 2 days but we could not take that date so it was arranged for the Saturday and still no charge for delivery the order was delivered with no problem would recommend this company if we need to order anything else would look at this company again I give this company a 5 ***** rating if there was more stars I would have given more

Aug 26,2015Had my Calibre Balanced Flue Gas Fire delivered on Friday, loved that I could select a day for delivery and the delivery guys (Chalky and Andy T) rang me 30 minutes before they were due to arrive so I didnt need to take the day off work to wait in for delivery. The delivery was smooth, easy and the guys were very polite and cheery! Great product at a great price with convenient delivery.

Aug 14,2015Ordered a fire 29/7 to be delivered 4/8. It never arrived, no phone call or text and our complaint was ignored. It's now 14/8 and we haven't heard anything. Just phoned to give them a chase, had to wait an age for them to answer the phone. Explained the situation, no apology just "it's in stock" followed by silence. Ended up cancelling the order which delighted them no end (a small victory). Shocking level of customer service. I hope that "Kieron" gets the same level of service next time he try's to buy something and see how he likes it. Save yourself a ton of hassle and go elsewhere. This shower obviously aren't bothered about your custom and will hopefully be out of business soon.

Aug 10,2015I ordered an appliance from The Gas Superstore for an agreed delivery date. Shortly afterwards I received a voicemail advising that delivery would be delayed. Two weeks of chasing them later, including ignored emails and chat requests, and unanswered phonecalls, I still haven't got any response. I am now part way through a Paypal dispute, which they haven't responded to either!

Jul 31,2015Ordered some large kitchen appliances for my elderly mother online. Followed up online order with phone calls and both times I was given accurate and helpful information and the and advisers were understanding. One item was unavailable for delivery but again received email and phone call to explain and arrange suitable delivery schedule. The delivery service was itself also excellent. Expected delivery time slot delivered by text message & email and finally before arrival even received a courtesy phone call from the delivery driver. Finally, the price was the best I found online. Based on the service I received from this company from order to delivery I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Jul 17,2015After visiting both my local curry's and argos superstores and not very happy with the service from either, i went online and found these guys. Wow. Service like it should be. Couldn't believe it when the cooker arrived first thing the next day! Gave me a call with a window for delivery and boom! it had arrived. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family from now on and even though they're not local to me, the service given and the whole experience was better than any in wolverhampton and the surrounding!

Jul 13,2015I stumbled across this company whilst searching for a specific tumble drier. They had it in stock at a great price so I went ahead and ordered it. Waited in for delivery all day but no-one arrived, I contacted them to be told they were sorry but they didn't have that model in stock anymore (despite it showing as in stock at time of ordering). They advised me that they had the next model up/newer model available would I be interested. I took the model number from them however could not find any info about it, even hotpoint were not sure what it was. A week later I eventually managed to find out, but was told that it would cost me an extra £50! I agreed to this as I was desperate to get it however it took almost 6 weeks for them to get the item in stock and delivered to me. The delivery guy was great though, he took it into the furthest room for me even though it should have only been doorstep delivery. Despite the issues I decided to go back as they again came up cheapest. My second order was much smoother, both items were in stock, and were delivered next day again very pleasant delivery driver and a time slot was given early morning. I would use the company again but my advice is ring up and make sure to check they have to stock before you order it to save yourself any issues. The guys and girls on the phones were excellent!

Jul 11,2015I was informed via a voice mail on the day before the delivery date that there would be a 'slight delay' in my order ( a new fridge). I then called back on the delivery day to be told the delay was in fact about a month as the product was not in stock. Had I known or been informed of this at the time of placing the order, I would have found an alternative place to shop. I found the response from the company made the situation even worse, as the customer services rep was constantly interrupting me as I tried to explain that we were without a fridge. A refund was offered but I am now without a fridge and wish I had never bought from this company.

Jun 24,2015Order Date: 2015-06-08 08:12:34 Hotpoint washing machine. Next day delivery!!!!!!!!!! No. I was offered delivery on the Saturday 13th......on the 12th pm I was sent a text saying the item would not be in stock until the 22nd so as this was unacceptable I cancelled the order and was told I would receive a refund immediately but this did not happen so I filed a dispute with pay pal and they a\re still waiting for a response from these scammers. You would have thought that after messing me around they would want to do what is right and refund me asap but this has not been the case and i am now waiting for pay pal to charge back these thieves. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from them is google the online appliance sellers and look for one that delivers next day for free they do and they did and they also do a price promise so you purchase will be competitive.
