Jun 06,2015Well done to Mike delivering our range cooker today, when his drivers mate didn't turn up. He let us know before our delivery was due & requested a refund of our delivery charge for us without us having to ask. These things happen, it's about how you deal with it that matters & Mike did a great job.

Jun 06,2015I don't usually write a review, but this company deserves to be mentioned. As everyone else we are all a little reserved when we order off the internet, and nowadays price is the driving factor. This being the case I found the Gas Superstore Site offering my Bosch Hob and including free pans cheaper than I could get just the hob. so I placed my order, paid with PayPal and choose my FREE day of delivery. SATURDAY (today) what more could I ask for. I received a text this morning at 7am with a 3 hour delivery window (9am - 12) I received another text at 8am for the driver to say he was 60-75 minutes away. 9.05am a lovely gentleman called Mike delivered my items very well wrapped and in perfect condition and a really nice guy. I can't fault this company in any way at all and can't praise them enough. I will now be using them all the time in the future for all my purchases.

May 29,2015I have Never had such POOR service from Any shop before! First they told me someone would call me back to get my £1278 order Noone did! Then after my complaint email I got an email and a promise I would be dealt with professionally so I stupidly ordered my goods including the warranties only to be told on the morning of delivery 2 weeks later that the fridge freezer had not been put on the delivery van and the cooker was not even in store!! I had arranged for my floor to be done, the electrician AND my husband lost a days pay to be in for the delivery and to top it all my old cooker had been disconnected and was outside and also the fridge freezer ready for them to recycle. I sent an email Fuming of severe complaint only to have a feeble phone call off one of the managers saying if we don't get sorted to ring them!!!! ( I had included the director so he could see Just how bad his workers were ) I really wish I could stop any further sales from anyone to this company! I got my goods from [EXTERNAL REFERENCE] within 2 days and a FAB company no hitches at all!

May 28,2015not only was this company the cheapest in the whole united kingdom, It was delivered free of postage, twenty four hours later.I would absolutely thoroughly recommend the gas superstore. Even the delivery man Mike was brilliant. I would not hesitate to deal with this company again because they were excellent in every respect

May 26,2015We want to say thank you to your company for the excellent service from start to finish. A very slick, professional service. Delivery timescales, communication via email and text faultless. Received our item 45 minutes before the three hour ETA time slot. Delivery drivers Chris and Carl were professional, polite, pleasant and friendly even after driving from Leicester to the North West. We will definitely recommend your company and without doubt use again. All of the above is said after receiving very poor service from two major competitive companies who could not meet your standards whatsoever. Thank you for putting your customers first.

May 16,2015As result of freezer going on blink, ordered new one at 8.45pm from The Gas Superstore. It was delivered, at no cost the following day at 8.15am with texts informing me of delivery time. Delivered by very nice chap called Mike, polite and efficient. Took old freezer and packaging away. Would certainly recommend and use this company again.

May 15,2015Great service, ordered and delivered by a date suiting us. Lovely cheerful chap Chalky wheeled the oven and left in our desired place, most firms would just leave near the front door. Definitely would use this company.

May 03,2015I ordered my washing machine online on Monday evening and it was delivered on Wednesday. I received a courtesy call from Gassuperstore on Tuesday to confirm that the order had been received and that all was fine. I received a text message Wednesday morning to advise me of my delivery slot and a further text message when my machine was 45 minutes away. Mike the delivery guy installed the new machine and took away my old one with no fuss or mess. Excellent all round, highly recommend.

May 01,2015Ordered washing machine 5:00pm Wednesday, delivered fitted free and tested 4:30pm Thursday. The driver/installer Simon Moore called me beforehand, friendly polite and obviously experienced did a really quick job. Disposed of old machine and all packaging for me. After a week of being messed about by Curry's I know where I'm going for any future big purchases..... Gas superstore 10/10

Apr 19,2015Shopped around and the Gas Superstore was very competitively priced. I saw that any bad reviews on this site were related to delivery problems so instead of ordering online I thought I would phone and check they actually had my wood burning stove in stock. I paid over the phone for the stove, a 2 man delivery, as I have a gravelled driveway and also for them to take away the packaging, I booked the delivery date for 2 days later. Again with the bad reviews in mind I thought I would ring on the morning of the delivery, the guy confirmed the delivery was due and gave me a 3 hour time slot (12-3pm), the delivery guy then rang at 10.45 to say that they would be able to deliver at 11.15 to 11.30, fantastic. They duly turned up, carried my stove indoors to the lounge and unwrapped it for me. No problems. Great doing business with you!

Feb 25,2015Took the advice of a friend on which stove I should get, searched many sites and found gas superstore to be the very best for price and delivery options. delivered at the speed of light and good pre delivery contact by e-mail and phone. Chalkiie the delivery driver very polite and helpful. Fantastic service from ordering to delivery, why go anywhere else.

Dec 26,2014Was happy with overall service but the dryer was not delivered when they said it would be due to sick delivery man, so the need to prepare a back up plan for probs like this in the future, luckily we could wait another few days for the item but some people may not be able to.

Jun 15,2015The missus and I were after a log burner stove and had previously placed an order with another company. After 2 weeks of chasing a delivery date, and being fobbed off we cancelled that order, and started looking for an alternative. We needed something quickly as the installation had been booked in with just over a week remaining to get a new order raised and have it delivered. This is where we stumbled on Gas Superstore... Browsed the site and saw what we wanted. Chatted to a nice lady (I assume) called Jess over the online chat. Found out from that, that it was in stock and it could be delivered the following day, even though it was a Saturday! You don't often find that without a significant increased delivery charge! Even better was that we got 5% off with the summer discount code, and some cashback through Quidco! Was expecting to have to stay in all day to receive delivery and had made plans to that effect. Received a text at 6:45am informing us that delivery would be at 7:10am. The delivery chap was on time and very courteous/professional. Being peripherally involved in a Customer Service company myself I was seriously impressed! Can't promote these guys enough! Well done. Next time we need something will be looking at your site first!
