Unique in the Islington store was so kind and helpful. I was really happy to be able to view the sofas in person - I actually ended up getting a different one that what I thought, based on the website. So many companies now don't have showrooms, it was incredibly valuable to see the sofas in person and pick the best one for me. The TLC Cubed Range is fantastic and solved my problem of living in a flat with a very narrow staircase and not being able to fit any sofa - even other "sofa in a box" brands. The sofa was extremely easy to assemble and is comfy and looks great. Delivery was offered in less than a week and the delivery people brought everything up to my flat. Thanks again to Unique for your help in solving my sofa fiasca!
Sofa was late in being issued after the date we were given . Sofa looks great but as for support and comfort don't bother. Legs in the middle don't touch the floor I'm told this is how it's supposed to be . Tried to return as giving me a bad back ., Was told no as past two week period.

I bought the Charlotte 4 seater as it arrives in 2 parts and I was worried that the 3 seater wouldn’t make it through my front door and up the stairs! I let the delivery guys in while I was on call and showed them where to put it. Next thing I know, it’s all set up! The sofa was actually built quicker than expected so I had to delay the delivery by about 6 weeks as I was moving flats but this was no issue at all. It’s so comfy and looks great so really pleased.
Good company, good furniture but when I want another chair I cannot have one as you have discontinued my material and you take a fortnight to tell me as someone is on holiday.
Communication from both The Lounge Company and the delivery team was fantastic. Delivery times communicated promptly and the team onsite were great.
Love The Lounge Co! Their selection is huge (an unreal amount of color swatches to choose from), the showroom is very nice, there are great deals to be found and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

We bought a Lounge Co sofa from Furniture Village. It is a large chaise sofa. There was not one on display but were shown it on line; as we wanted a particular width and this fitted perfectly. There was a smaller one on display we tried. We were recommended (and told) that the cushions needed minimal dressing, they were firm etc and we made the order. When the sofa arrived in November we started to have issues with the cushions ..after months of calling, chasing, visiting the store and emailing; Furniture Village finally acknowledged we had been mis-sold the wrong cushion inners and they had a set of fibre wrapped inner cushions replacements made. These were fitted a couple of months ago. On arrival of being fitted (the fitter also saw but said it would settle) we have had issues with them; the cushions are now lumpy (told this is chanelling?) and we cannot get rid of the lumps. You can physically see the lumps on the sofa and when you run your hands over them you can feel all the bumps. They have not settled at all! We have called Furniture Village to basically be told "that is what they are like", we have called Lounge co who had no interest as we bought it from Furniture Village! So we are now stuck with a sofa with lumps and bumps...and it was not cheap. No one seems to want to take responsibility nor help or advise us! Two stars given as the velvet fabric is lovely. Shame it is so uncomfortable and an utter waste of money

Delivered & ordered by really helpful people, decent quality chair - I ordered the foam pad as I didn't want to be turning it every day but it is quite firm. Not the companies fault as I didn't try it in the show room. The only reason I have given 3 stars is one of the legs looks very poorly attached, it's at a different angle to the other & is loose. I've tried to tighten it but it is not sitting straight ie gap at the top on one side. I'm hoping lounge co will rectify this as I'm scared to sit on it & cause damage! It's usually because the holes drilled are not straight - I had the same problem years ago with a DFS sofa I'd ordered, so I don't think it's nessecarily a poor reflection on the company, just one of those things but it the guys that put on the legs must have noticed? However they had an awful lot of deliveries to do in one day so I think they were stressed & hot!
Ordered a chase corner sofa from this company through Furniture Village. Finally delivered yesterday, delivery men said to vacuum the sofa as there was lots of white fluff from the packaging. Noticed a mark which I thought was fluff to discover the velvet has a hole in it. Waiting for Furniture Village to get back to me Monday to try and sort it out. Not impressed. The Lounge, Co should have quality checked the sofa properly before dispatching to Furniture Village.
Brilliant sofa, brilliant service!
Bit of a problem at first when the fabric I chose went missing but resolved quickly. Customer service kept me well informed. Pleased with the sofa and hope it will wear well.
