We at The Lounge Co. know what makes a great sofa. We’ve got the best furniture makers in the country for starters; we’re part of a group which includes Parker Knoll, G Plan and Duresta, and have been making fantastic quality sofas and chairs for decades - it’s safe to say we know our stuff. Our craftsmen have tested and tweaked every one of our twelve sofas and six chairs over and over again to get them just right. Our frames are thoroughly thought through, made in the UK and guaranteed for 10 years.

Also love the Aquaclean fabric, very family friendly. I didnt think a light coloured fabric sofa would be possible with kids and a dog, but great peace of mind with Aquaclean and added insurance too. Would highly recommend!

They suggested options without making the process overwhelming - which it can be with other retailers given the level of customisation available. The Lounge Co kept the ordering proces simple and it was easy to select your deposit amount with balance to pay prior to delivery - which is not the case with other retails. Delivery was on time and according to spec. Having ordered and returned a sofa from Loaf due to the fabric staining from water, The Lounge Co offered a solution with their Aqua Clean fabric range. This fabric is much more durable than any linen or velvet alternative and doesn't feel like you're sitting on sandpaper or vinyl. There were plenty of colour options and it the additional upholstery cost didn't make the sofa unaffordable. Very pleased with both the service and product from The Lounge Co.

Jan 08,2020We had the wrong chair delivered and had to store it until the correct recipient was located We kept it wrapped up in its protective covering but when our chair was eventually found it was delivered with a thin piece of foam half covering it . It’s a coincidence that the chair couldn’t be located until we said we were going to cancel the order, 10 mins later surprise it have been found .

Dec 29,2019The sofas are comfortable, unfortunately one has arrived damaged (material is scuffed and torn) and the delivery drivers scratched our new wood floors on setting up them up. As we did not notice this within 48 hours the lounge co says there is nothing they can do about it. The seat cushions also do not seem to sit right (the are lifted up in the middle so the cleaning instructions label which is attached to the base is visible) A very long wait to get the damaged sofa repaired. On balance would not recommend this company, they charge premium prices for a non-premium service and we have had much better experiences elsewhere.
